THE EFFECT OF THE LADDER DRILL-BASED METHOD ON THE ABILITY TO DRIBBLE FOOTBALL PLAYERS

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ladder drill-based method on the ability to dribble football players. The method used in this study was the experimental method, design "The One Group Pretest Posttest Design. 10-12 years who are enrolled in PS Pas FC and actively participate in training activities, namely as many as 30 people, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, while the sample used is part of the population, amounting to 15 people. The data collection technique in this study used the dribbling test. Based on the results of the research analysis of the dribbling test, there is a difference, namely there is a significant difference in soccer players in the 10-12 year old group at PS Pas FC, with an average result of 24.2547 seconds. the final test (posttest) results increased by 23.4827 seconds. Data analysis used the t test at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of ladder drill-based on the ability to dribble in the 10-12 year old group in PS Pas FC, with t count 7.987> 2.145 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05.

THE IMPORTANCE OF CHARACTER EDUCATION IN THE DIGITAL ERA IN THE HIGHER CLASS OF SDN SANDING 02

The aim of this research was to find out how influential digital technology is on the character of students. This research is a qualitative research, which was conducted at SDN Sanding 02. The results of the research state that most students are too focused on the digital world, by using cellphone screens freely and using them for a long time, causing children's character to decline and they become lazy in learning. Only 28% or 7/25 students are active in studying and have good character. This digital era has a huge impact on children's personality values. Therefore, character education in the current digital era is very important because we rarely see children playing traditional games like before. Traditional games can foster affection and closeness, and children become more creative when using these traditional games. Therefore, parents, teachers and society play an important role in this problem. So that students as heirs of the nation have good ethics so they can contribute to creating a just, peaceful and prosperous national life in the digital era.

THE INFLUENCE OF KWL LEARNING METHODS (KNOW, WANT, LEARN) AND INTEREST IN READING ON READING COMPREHENSION LEARNING OUTCOMES

This research aims to investigate the impact of the Know, Want To Know, Learned (KWL) learning method and students' interest in reading on the learning outcomes of reading comprehension in VIII class of MTs Daar el-Qolam IV. The study is motivated by the low English language learning outcomes in the understanding concept and the lack of reading interest among students. Therefore, the researcher implements the KWL model to address the challenges faced by the students. The method employed in this research is an experiment with a 2x2 treatment by level design. The population consists of all VIII students of MTs Daar el-Qolam IV, totaling 191 students. The sample was taken using the simple random sampling technique, comprising 76 students divided into two groups; the experimental class (A1) being class VIII-B with 36 students, and the control class (A2) being class VIII-C with 40 students. The research findings indicate that (1) the KWL model is more effective when used by students compared to the conventional method commonly used, namely the Think Pair Share (TPS) method. (2) Additionally, the results also demonstrate that students with a high interest in reading have higher learning outcomes compared to students with low reading interest. (3) There is an interaction between students who undergo the learning process using the KWL method and students using the TPS learning method. (4) Students with high reading interest in the KWL group have higher reading comprehension learning outcomes compared to students in the TPS group, even though they both have high reading interest. And (5) Students in the KWL group with low reading interest also have high reading comprehension learning outcomes compared to students in the TPS group with low reading interest.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL-BASED MANAGEMENT (MBS) AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT DAAR EL QOLAM HIGH SCHOOL

This research discusses the low performance of teachers at SMA Daar el-Qolam, Gintung, Jayanti, Tangerang. The low performance is attributed to cultural organizational factors and the suboptimal implementation of school-based management. Therefore, this study explores the relationship between school-based management, organizational culture, and teacher performance at SMA Daar el-Qolam. The research design is quantitative and employs a correlational method. All data for this study were obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews, with a questionnaire as the research instrument. The population for this study consists of 95 teachers. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, so the sample size is equal to the population size. Based on the research findings (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) and teacher performance at SMA Daar el-Qolam. This is evidenced by the percentage of the relationship between SBM and teacher performance variables, which is 41.60%, while the remaining 58.40% represents other unexplained factors in this study. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance at SMA Daar el-Qolam. The percentage of the relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance variables is 34.40%, while the remaining 65.60% is not explained in this study. (3) There is a significant combined relationship between the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) and organizational culture with teacher performance at SMA Daar el-Qolam. The percentage of the variables SBM and Organizational Culture in explaining teacher performance variables is 52.60%, while the remaining 47.4% is unexplained. The R-value has been adjusted without any other factors included.

LECTURER PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES IN IMPROVING STUDENTS' MIND PATTERNS IN THE ERA OF DIGITALIZATION

Lecturers' professional competence in improving students' mindsets, namely evaluating the performance of lecturers who have the qualifications displayed in carrying out their obligations to provide educational services to the community. There are four lecturer competencies, namely (1) having knowledge about learning and human behavior; (2) have knowledge and mastery of the field of study they are studying; (3) have the right attitude about oneself, colleagues and the field of study one is developing; and (4) have technical teaching skills. The research method that the researcher will use is library research with a qualitative method, namely reviewing literature related to the professional competence of lecturers. Qualitative methods prioritize observing phenomena. There are two types of mindset, namely: First, Fixed Mindset. Second, Growth Mindset, namely a mindset (view) that can be developed through practice, training, appropriate ways/methods. The efforts to improve student mindsets, especially in this era of digitalization, are by motivating a mindset that continues to develop, not a mindset that remains in place. for example (1) Study and work, (2) Study will be a lifelong challenge. (3) Learning no longer has to be at school or university. (4) Educational institutions are slow to adapt. (5). Organizational awareness is needed to continue learning.

THE URGENCY OF CHILDREN'S CHARACTER FORMATION FROM PERSPECTIVE IMAM GHAZALI

The process of forming a quality character needs to be formed early on and must be as maximal as possible. However, character education alone is not enough to build good character. Character education methods are needed that not only develop aspects of moral development but are also spiritually based, which were extracted from experts who were experts at the time, namely Imam Al-Ghazali. This research is library research, the data collection is done by means of data documentation. Meanwhile, the data was analyzed using an interpretation of the urgency of the context of child formation. The results of the research show that the urgency of character formation from Imam Al-Ghazali's perspective aims to make a noble soul, not just a mere process, nothing but a process that has a spirit, every activity is shown to the virtues consisting of moral values. The highest moral value is monotheism, namely the oneness of Allah Subhanahuwata'ala and noble character.

One of the ideal demands of the 2013 curriculum is the use of technology as a learning application to improve students critical thinking skills. And one of them is the Adobe Premiere Pro application based on Project Based Learning to students critical thinking skills at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Serang. This study aims to determine the effect of the Adobe Premiere Pro application based on Project Based Learning to critical thinking skills of class XI students of the Visual Communication Design Majoring at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Serang. This study uses a quantitative research method, namely as a research method used to examine certain samples, documentation, and data instruments in the form of questionnaires. This research includes the type of experimental research, namely to process research in more detail about a problem, research that explains what is happening in the field in the form of numbers and is supported by quantitative data. The sampling technique in this study was random sampling. The population in this study were 78 students with a total sample of 40 students. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation sheets and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the Adobe Premiere Pro application variable based on Project Based Learning contributes 52.4% to changes in students' critical thinking ability variables. Based on the results of the t test, the average value was ????_calculate>????_????????????_le(6.469 > 1.686), and the significance value was 0.05 (5%), thus ????_???? was rejected and ????₁ was accepted. This proves that there is an influence of the Adobe Premiere Pro application based on Project Based Learning on the critical thinking skills of class XI students majoring in Visual Communication Design at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Serang.

DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA ASSISTED BY THE APPLICATION OF MACROMEDIA FLASH 8 TOPICS OF COMPUTER HARDWARE IN THE SUBJECT OF TIK AT MTS DAAR AL-ILMI SERANG

This Research aims to: 1) Develop learning media with systematic steps according to the rules in developing Information and Communication Technology learning media, and 2) knowing the feasibility of learning media applications developed. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research. This research stages was carried out using ADDIE’s research model starting with analisys activities, desain, development, implementation and evaluation stages which is the final stage of the product produced. The trial was conducted on students of class VII MTs Daar Al-Ilmi Serang. Data were obtained through a questionnaire consisting of validation instruments, practicality instruments and effectiveness instruments. The assessment of 2 (two) validators on Macromedia Flash 8 learning media produces a percentage of 95% this shows that Macromedia Flash 8 is very valid to use as a learning resource. The results of the assessment of 34 students to determine the value of practicality and effectiveness obtained a percentage of 88.055% for practicality and 92.79% for effectiveness. It can be said that Macromedia Flash 8 is very practical and effective to use as a learning resource

Educational activities are efforts to develop good and competent individuals to improve living standards, technological sophistication has an impact and an important role in educating the nation's children. Therefore researchers utilize Android-based technology for interesting learning media, namely using the Smart Apps Creator. This researcher uses the ADDIE model, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The ADDIE development model is to see the feasibility of Smart Apps Creator Learning Media. Data on the practicality of Smart Apps Creator Learning as a learning resource through a practicalization trial of 32 students at the Miftahusa'adah Cikande Vocational School with a total of 18 question points seen an average value of 81.34%, it can be said that the practicality level of Smart Apps Creator learning is Practical. Data on the effectiveness of Smart Apps Creator Learning Media as a learning resource through a trial of the effectiveness of 32 students with a total of 12 question points seen an average value of 83.05%, it can be said that the level of effectiveness of Smart Apps Creator Learning Media is stated to be Effective

This study aims to obtain information on increasing student interest in Information and Communication Technology subjects at SMK Negeri 6 Serang City by using macromedia flash learning media. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely a research method that seeks to collect data from the phenomenon being investigated. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 6 Kota Serang and the objects studied were limited to students of class X TKJ 1 and X TKJ 2 with a total of 36 students per class. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the research results, it is known that most of the students (83.3%) are very interested in learning to use learning media, especially macromedia flash. Macromedia flash is a media presentation that combines audio-visual technology such as sound, animation and text that can be used in the teaching and learning process. With Macromedia Flash it is easier for students to understand and accept the material taught by the teacher. This can be seen from the results of observations of the learning process which shows that students are more enthusiastic and enthusiastic, as well as active and creative in learning. This is supported by the results of interviews and questionnaires with students who explained that students really enjoyed learning to use Macromedia Flash because it looks attractive and easy to understand.

THE INFLUENCE OF USING MAKE A MATCH TECHNIQUE TOWARDS STUDENTS’ SPEAKING ABILITY

This research is aimed to know the influence of using make a match technique towards students’ speaking ability at Eight Grade of SMPN 3 Kaduhejo. The researcher would like to find the formulation of the problem about Speaking Ability at eight grades of SMPN 3 Kaduhejo. In this research, researcher used Quantitative research in implementing the quasi experimental design as the research method. The sample that was used in this research was the students of VIII A as the experimental class and VIII B as the control class. Researcher used 47 students as a sample from both of classes. Researcher used SPSS Version 25 to find out the result Pretest and Posttest. Based on the result of the research there was a positive influnece towards students speaking ability which was taught by applying make a match technique. It can be seen from the result of independent samples test that students who were taught by using Make a Match Technique. (experimental group) got score 0.002 which the hypothesis if the score lower than 0.05 then H_a is accepted. Meanwhile, for determining the result of students’ average score from the same group, the researcher decided to use paired samples test. The result showed that alternative hypothesis is accepted because the result of paired samples test was 0.000 which lower than 0.05.

DEVELOPMENT OF MACROMEDIA FLASH 8 ON THE THEME OF GREEN GROWTH TO GROW STUDENTS' CREATIVE THINKING

This study aims to describe the level of validity of Macromedia Flash 8 to foster students' creative thinking. Macromedia flash 8 is to make it easier for students to learn science on the theme of green growth. This research is a type of development research with reference to the opinion of Borg & Gall. The product developed based on the research is macromedia flash 8 for class VII students which contains material about green growth. The research was conducted in a limited way with the subjects for conducting trials in the research being media material experts and science teachers from 2 different schools as practitioners in schools. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, the questionnaire was used to assess the developed Macromedia Flash 8. The questionnaire contains a number of indicators both in terms of material content and product appearance. The resulting data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the validity of this study reached 87.50% with very valid criteria.
