Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Naskah belum pernah diterbitkan sebelumnya, dan tidak sedang dalam pertimbangan untuk diterbitkan di jurnal lain (atau sudah dijelaskan dalam Komentar kepada Editor).
  • File naskah dalam format dokumen OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, atau RTF.
  • Referensi yang dapat diakses online telah dituliskan URL-nya.
  • Naskah diketik dengan teks 1 spasi; font 12; menggunakan huruf miring, bukan huruf bergaris bawah (kecuali alamat URL); dan semua ilustrasi, gambar, dan tabel diletakkan dalam teks pada tempat yang diharapkan, bukan dikelompokkan tersendiri di akhir naskah.
  • Pengetikan naskah dan sitasi mengikuti gaya selingkung yang disyaratkan dalam Panduan Penulis

Author Guidelines

Cakrawala Pedagogik is published by Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Syekh Manshur, Indonesia. The journal provides a forum for publishing the original research articles related to Language Education, Mathematics and Science Education, Sports Education, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, and Islamic Education that publishes twice a year on April and October. Scientific articles dealing with qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-research are particularly welcome. The journal encompasses the novelty and  the original research report. 

All papers submitted to the journal can be written in Indonesian Language or English. Authors for whom English is not their native language are encouraged to have their paper checked before submission for grammar and clarity. English and copyediting services can be provided by: International Science Editing and Asia Science Editing. The work should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

The authors should ensure that the manuscripts meet the template for the journal (see the article template). The unorganized manuscript will be automatically rejected. The authors also should ensure that they have written original works. If the authors have used the work and/or words of others, this has been appropriately cited or quoted. When plagiarism is identified by the Turnitin software, the Editorial Board has responsibility for the review of the article and will agree on measures according to the extent of plagiarism detected in the article in agreement with the following guidelines: 

Minor Plagiarism (less than 30%) means sentence, significant data, or short paragraph of another manuscript is plagiarized without any significant data or idea taken from the other papers or publications. A warning is given to the authors and a request to change the manuscript and properly cite the original sources.

Severe Plagiarism (more than 31%) means a large portion of an article is plagiarized that involves many aspects such as reproducing original results (data, formulation, equation, statement, etc.), ideas, and methods presented in other publications. This means the article is automatically rejected.
